Browser Help

It may be necessary at times to clear the cache on a web browser. Please follow the instructions below for your browser.

Microsoft Internet Explorer
Press [Ctrl] + [Shift] + [Del] and check the “Temporary Internet files and website files”, “Cookies and website data”, “History”, and uncheck “Preserve Favorites website data” checkboxes and click “Delete”.

Mozilla Firefox
Press [Ctrl] + [Shift] + [Del] and change the “Time range to clear” to “Everything” and click “Clear Now”.

Google Chrome
Press [Ctrl] + [Shift] + [Del] and change the “Time range” to “All time” and click “Clear data”.

Apple Safari
Press (OPTION + COMMAND + E).
