GEB1220 Business and Supervision Communication - 2 Credits

Designed for students to achieve mastery of the skills and knowledge necessary to communicate both verbally and with written expression in the business world. Students will learn how to communicate with the customer and receive the opportunity to earn the American Hotel and Lodging Association’s Golden Opportunities Customer Service industry certification.
Prerequisite(s): Knowledge of basic computer and keyboarding skills are strongly recommended.
