MLT1610C Clinical Chemistry - 6 Credit Hours
(Spring)
This course outlines the theory, clinical correlations, and laboratory procedures related to the chemical analysis of clinical specimens. Students will receive in-depth instruction on specimen processing, analysis, test interpretation, and quality control procedures used in manual and automated clinical chemistry testing. Admittance to the MLT program is required. This course requires a grade of C or higher. This course requires a lab fee.
Prerequisite(s): Admittance to the MLT program, CHM 1045C (grade of C or higher), CHM 1032C, OR CHM 1020 (grade of C or higher) with approval from program director
