MAN4520 Quality Management - 3 Credit Hours
(As Needed)
This course examines the strategic role of quality within an organization, as well as strategic issues involved in managing quality. Topics include assessing customer requirements, developing customer focus and measuring quality performance. This course requires a minimum grade of “C”.
Prerequisite(s): Upper division standing is required. Knowledge of basic computer and keyboarding skills are strongly recommended.
