Associate in Arts students must complete sixty (60) college credits to complete the degree. Thirty-six (36) of these credits must be general education credits distributed across five subject area categories. A student must satisfy the minimum number of credits in each category. No more than one credit (1) may be selected from the list of General Education Electives (category F). The remaining twenty-four (24) elective credits should be selected in consultation with an advisor, who will assist the student in selecting college credits most advantageous to the student’s educational goals.
