Browser Help

It may be necessary at times to clear the cache on a web browser. Please follow the instructions below for your browser.

Microsoft Internet Explorer
Press [Ctrl] + [Shift] + [Del] and check the “ Cookies and website data ” and uncheck “ Preserve Favorites website data ” checkboxes. 

Mozilla Firefox
Press [Ctrl] + [Shift] + [Del] and change the “Time range to clear” to “Everything” and click “Clear now”.

Google Chrome
Press [Ctrl] + [Shift] + [Del] and change “Clear the following items from” to “the beginning of time” and click “Clear browsing data”.

Apple Safari
Press (OPTION + COMMAND + E).
