BAS-PMGT - BAS in Project Management

1. Apply project management methodologies to plan, execute, and evaluate organizational projects. Students will demonstrate the ability to utilize industry-standard tools and frameworks—including scope, cost, time, quality, and risk management—to develop project plans, monitor progress, and assess project outcomes.

2. Demonstrate effective leadership, communication, and teamwork in project environments. Students will apply professional communication strategies, leadership principles, and collaborative techniques to coordinate project teams, engage stakeholders, and support successful project delivery.

3. Use data, financial information, and ethical reasoning to inform project decisions. Students will analyze project data, financial considerations, legal requirements, and ethical implications to support sound decision-making and responsible project management practices.
