The AS MLT program at Northwest Florida State College is currently seeking accreditation through the National Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory Science (NAACLS), https://www.naacls.org/about.aspx. 
This program is a Selective Admission Program subject to additional program policies. Policies are strictly enforced and students should work with a Student Success Navigator rather than self-advise. The admission criteria and process are subject to change; students should refer to the Selective Programs Admissions/Medical Laboratory Technology (AS) web-page for the most current information. All MLT technical courses are held at the Fort Walton Beach Campus and students are assigned to clinical practicums at various medical laboratories in the region.
