Study of incidence, nature, etiology, law and services available in connection with learners with disabilities such as: intellectual and developmental disabilities, learning disabilities, attention deficit hyperactive disorder, emotional or behavioral disorder, autism spectrum disorder, communication disorders, deaf or hard of hearing, blind, physical disabilities, other health impairments, and gifted and talented.
