Browser Help

It may be necessary at times to clear the cache on a web browser. Please follow the instructions below for your browser.

Microsoft Edge

Press [Ctrl] + [Shift] + [Del] and change the “Time range” to “All time”, check “Browsing history”  “Cached images and files” and click “Clear now.”

Mozilla Firefox
Go to the menu (3 horizontal lines at the top right of the screen) > History > clear recent history > Time Range = Everything > click all boxes under History > click OK

Google Chrome

Click Menu (3 vertical dots at the top right of the screen) > Settings > Privacy and security > Clear Browsing Data > Advanced tab >
Time Range:  all time>  Check ALL boxes (perhaps only the top 4 items)  > Clear Data

Apple/Mac Safari
Open Safari. Then click “Safari” at the top left of your screen, then “Preferences”. Click the Privacy tab, then “Manage Website Data” and then click “Remove All”. This is not the same as clearing your history, although that can be done by clicking history at the top of your screen while Safari is focused, then “Clear History”.
