Week 1: Introduction to Entrepreneurship & Business Planning
-Topics include defining entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial traits and mindset, advantages and disadvantages of entrepreneurship, generating business ideas and testing feasibility, and developing a business plan.
Week 2: Legal Structures & Business Operations
-Topics include a discussion of legal structures, choosing a location, and licensing and permitting.
Week 3: Financial Planning & Funding
-Topics include start-up costs, budgeting, cash flow management, basic accounting and financial statements, and funding options for start-ups.
Week 4: Marketing & Growth Strategies
-Topics include branding and building a marketing strategy, digital marketing basics, customer acquisition strategies, and planning for growth.
