Apply Machining Mathematics - Students will identify and utilize machining-related mathematical concepts, operations, and measuring systems to perform accurate calculations in machining processes.

Interpret Mechanical Drawings - Students will analyze and interpret orthographic views, geometric features, and dimensions in mechanical drawings for precision machining

Apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) - Students will demonstrate proficiency in the principles and applications of GD&T to ensure accuracy in machining and fabrication.

Select Appropriate Materials - Students will identify and evaluate material properties for metal fabrication and machining applications based on mechanical and thermal characteristics.

Utilize Precision Measuring Tools - Students will demonstrate proper techniques for using and reading precision measuring instruments to ensure dimensional accuracy in machining operations.

Execute CNC Machining Operations - Students will efficiently create toolpaths and perform 2D and 3D High-Speed CNC machining operations using appropriate software and hardware

Operate Manual and CNC Machining Centers - Students will set up, maintain, and safely operate manual and CNC machining centers while following standard industry procedures.

Apply OSHA Safety Standards - Students will demonstrate the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and apply OSHA safety regulations for eye and hearing protection in manufacturing environments.

Plan and Execute Machining Processes - Students will develop machining plans, identify layout techniques, and execute threading, tapping, grinding, and drilling operations according to specifications.

Demonstrate Professionalism in Manufacturing - Students will exhibit effective workplace communication, teamwork, and ethical decision-making within a machining and manufacturing setting
