Students will analyze primary evidence related to civilizations of the world from the end of the fifteenth century through the end of the twentieth century.

Students will create, present, and defend arguments addressing topics of historical interest related to the course materials.

Students will discuss and analyze historical theories and evidence related to world civilization over the last five hundred years, understanding competing viewpoints, etc.
