The student will demonstrate an understanding of how the school improvement process and plan use a variety of data, independently, and in collaboration with colleagues, to evaluate learning outcomes, adjust planning, and continuously improve the effectiveness of the lessons that result in student learning.

The student will demonstrate the importance of professional growth and reflective practices by developing a Professional Development Goal during internship field placement.

The student will demonstrate understanding of the Florida Code of Ethics and Principles of Professional Conduct to realistic professional and personal situations by scoring 75% or higher on the ethics assessment.

The student will demonstrate understanding of statutory grounds and procedures for disciplinary action and penalties by the Educational Practices Commission against a certificate holder by scoring 75% or higher on the Educational Professional Practices assessment.

The student will demonstrate understanding of the rights, legal responsibilities, and procedures for reporting incidences of abuse, neglect, or other signs of distress by scoring 75% or higher on the Mandatory Reporting assessment.
