This course builds upon basic project managemewnt skills by introducing effective tools and techniques used by project managers. It covers the application of project palnning, budgeting, scheduling and control processes, cost estimating and project mangement applications. It also introduces the relationship between project management management, procurement, and contracting efforts. This course requires a minimum grade of “C”.

Prerequisite(s): MAN 3583, GEB 3213, MAN 3052, MAN 3240 are required
