MAN 3903 - Operations Research

Operations Research is a science of modeling and optimization. It allows to model real-world problems by using mathematics, statistics and computers. It provides us the tools and theories to solve real-world problems by finding the optimal solutions to models subject to constraints of time, labor, resource, materials and business rules. With Operations Research, people make intelligent decisions to develop and manage their processes and businesses. This course requires a minimum grade of “C”.

Prerequisite(s): Upper division standing is required. STA 2023 ,  , and knowledge of basic computer and keyboarding skills are strongly recommended.
